

Cancellation Policy
In order to best respect my time, please cancel your appointment 24 hours before your appointment time. Anything after 24 hours will count as a "no show" as I cannot fill your appointment time that quickly. No shows will be expected to pay a non-refundable deposit before booking again that will go towards their future appointment. Re-offenders will lose the ability to book future appointments completely.
Service Re-do Policy
I want to offer my guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I will be happy to correct the issue, within reason, at no additional cost. Any re-do service must be done within 14 days of your original service. Any adjustments made must be in line with our original consultation.
Product Return Policy
Any hair product must be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
